The hot water took a long time to come out, having to wait 15 minutes. We went there because the food we saw on social media was good, but it turned out that due to the small number of guests, they served it a la carte. The bathroom door was hard to close. The pool was drained in the morning, but it should have been done in the afternoon, as most guests don't swim during the day.

Hotel check-in was very bad at 3:00 PM. I had to argue with the hotel staff first. Please provide input for the app.

Generally, hotel check-in is at 1:00 PM WIB. For this hotel, it would be better to follow the general rule, NOT 3:00 PM WIB. Thank you.

The hotel location is easy to access in the Guci area. The staff is friendly and communicative. The room atmosphere is comfortable and clean for family rest, but the drainage system in the bathroom is not good. Breakfast facilities have quite a lot of choices.

I booked two rooms but one of the rooms had a toilet that was not recommended, the smell was very uncomfortable. So luckily we booked two rooms, so we only used the other bathroom. The facilities and food are sufficient for a hotel of its class. My suggestion is that the rooms in the old building be fixed, especially the toilets. The hot water pool is not hot enough, I don't know why. If in other places it usually feels really hot, this is just warm. Apart from that, everything is okay, breakfast is also okay.

One of the recommended hotels in the Guci area. The atmosphere is good, for children there is a water park although it is a bit far at the bottom of the hotel but don't worry there is a fairly large soaking pool near the hotel restaurant. There is also a minimarket in the hotel so you don't have to worry about snack supplies. The hot water in the toilet is also smooth and the staff is also friendly.

hotel shortcomings; 1. no towels provided at the pool 2. watersport area is far down from the room, after watersport climbing, not suitable for the elderly, 3. most rooms do not have AC (air conditioning) and it is not mentioned when booking via the application, must be observant & detailed reading. 4. order restaurant food the first night was okay, on the 2nd day fried tempeh Asem, I complained & it was replaced. restaurant prices are the quality of fried roadside food. hotel advantages; 1. clean warm pool 2. Easy access for the price of staying tends to be expensive.
