shocked when checking in here, given the room key when entering there was a cockroach flying on the bedsheet, moldy walls, holes in the ceiling, we were moved to another room because of the cockroach tragedy, the condition is the same, the room is dirty, the damp smell is very unpleasant we bought coffee air freshener and telon oil to reduce the smell, and it turns out that in the room there is only a shower room, no closet, a separate toilet at the end of the hall. the location is very close to the UNNES campus so when our child had to take a test at 6 am it only took 5 minutes to get to the exam location. hopefully the cleanliness and condition of the room can be improved, the rooms are not soundproof so it is very uncomfortable.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. First, I booked a Duluxe room for 200k, I was really shocked when I found out that the bathroom was shared. Finally, I asked to change to a room with a private toilet for 300k. I thought the problem was solved. It turned out that the AC remote was broken, the water heater was broken, and the electricity was out. The solution was always to move rooms. I moved rooms twice in one night. The receptionist was quite nice. However, there was no apology from Inn Hotel Management at all and they were very unfriendly. Every time they criticized them, they always made excuses.

Order a deluxe room for 2 pax I thought I would get a toilet inside. It turned out I only got a shower. The AC in the deluxe room for 2 pax was not cold and I wanted to change rooms at first I was not allowed to have to argue first. Finally I was given a room to move to but got a room that was supposed to be for 4 people and had shower facilities with curtains. All the toilets are outside except for the VIP. I will not stay here again for that price there is no toilet inside and the plywood room divider is not soundproof

Duluxe Room price is not appropriate.

There was trash everywhere, the bathrooms were all outside, and many of the door locks were broken, there was only one light inside the room.

Spacious room, spacious bed too. It turns out there is no toilet, the toilet is outside. There is only a shower. Tissues are out of stock.

The service was good, friendly, the process was quick and didn't drag around, delivery to the booked room.

Even though the VVIP rooms are quite okay, the only problem is that you have to climb the iron stairs which is a bit of a hassle. Then the living room area was really dirty, lots of rubbish was scattered on the floor of the room where I was staying. Then all the water dispensers have ants. Used sugar, coffee and tea were scattered on the table. It's a shame the cleanliness of the sofa area.

Clean, nice room, standard facilities, there is a TV and toilet in the room, hot water works well, abundant water, the hotel is strategically located near UNNES, for a VVIP room at that price it's worth it, even though the bathroom window is only covered with a roller blind, the receptionist is friendly, although PS when checking in I had to wait again because the receptionist was not on duty and I didn't get breakfast but it's okay, overall it's okay, thanks.
