Good facilities, good service

It was a pleasure to stay here again, because the staff was friendly, the room was clean and fragrant, the location was also close to the city and most importantly the price was affordable.

Right on the roadside, so easy access everywhere. The rooms are clean. Unfortunately, there's no breakfast.

All the staff were friendly and polite. Although my room was the cheapest (because there was a GKPS event in Siantar), I was pleased with what I got.

The hotel staff is friendly. The room is quite large and has bathroom facilities. The bathroom is clean and the hot water works well. The price is quite affordable, but not cheap. It's comfortable to stay here, not noisy, and the parking lot is quite spacious. I recommend this hotel for those who want to rest.

I stayed there for transit only, checking in late at night because it was just for transit. The room was clean, the sheets looked like new, and the hot water worked well. And most importantly, the AC worked well, keeping the room cool.

Mega Express Hotel is a modern yet comfortable budget hotel at the downtown area of Pematang Siantar. It just within less than 5 minutes driving distance to Jalan Sutomo/Merdeka. The hotel only provides accommodation services. No food and beverage service is available here. Car and motorbikes parking was available at the front of the hotel. A small lobby area is available next to the reception. They have twin and triple sharing room. Most of the rooms are non-smoking room. Otherwise, guests need to book those rooms with window if they want to smoke. The room was newly renovated. Size for the room was not so big. There are cable television, working table with chair, baggage rack, tea and coffee making facilities, mineral water, and rack for hanging clothes. In room WiFi speed was good. The bathroom was quite small. There was hot water shower with very powerful speed. Soap, shower gel, toothbrush, toothpaste were available. Room rate was reasonable. With the paid room rate and the inroom facilities, it was a worthed stay. Overall, it was a wonderful stay at this hotel. Check in process was speedy. The crew members offered warm and helpful service. You need to inform the reception for room cleaning on the next night stay.
