/ I booked a premium room with a balcony overlooking the sea (highest class) for 2 days, a Superior room for 1 day but had to change to a Deluxe room for 3 days because the air conditioner was not cold, both power outlets were broken (changed to a Deluxe room and it was not broken), the walls were peeling, the tables and chairs were severely degraded. I have never seen the highest class room in any hotel as bad as this one.
/ Both rooms are opposite the garbage room, which smells bad and affects health, so guests should consider carefully (rooms 4103, 4104). Called the staff to check and said it was normal. Is it normal for the outlet to not be plugged in? Is it normal for it to be opposite the garbage room? Then the hotel's quality standards need to be reviewed!!!
/ Most of the items in the hotel are degraded, even the face towel is torn like a dog bite (photo), the tables and chairs are no better. Every day, I ask the cleaner to clean once, but he says "I don't have a towel yet", the guest needs to mop the floor, clean the trash can, what does that have to do with the towel?
/ The room should be degraded and smelly, when changing from a Premium Balcony sea view room to a Deluxe room for 2 days, and from a Sup room to a Deluxe room for 1 day, the hotel should charge the difference of 1 day when the guest changes to a lower room? The hotel said the reason Traveloka collects the money? So in the end, did Traveloka transfer the money back to the hotel? This is a dishonest and crooked way of doing business. Working in the service industry but having a "dominant, superior" mindset towards customers.
/ In short, this hotel is very bad from the facilities to the customer service attitude. Don't expect 4-star standards because it's no different from a Motel or a 2-star hotel. When going to Nha Trang, stay away from Anrizon to avoid getting upset and ruining the trip. Check out is at 12 noon but at 10am they called to politely chase away the customer!!!
