Stayed 2 nights here, room with breakfast. Staffs are very friendly. Room is spacious bed are comfortable! Love the bathroom, with bath tub and it's so spacious! The only down side is their breakfast, good offer till 1pm, but the food are very salty for my taste. Not sure about others. We used grabcar to travel around. There's a shortcut at back of the hotel can link u to d nearest 7-11.

I really enjoy my stay in this hotel. Hotel is clean and staff is really friendly. I really appreciate that I can do early check in (around 10 AM) because we kind of sleepy and tired when we arrive and with a lot of our destination is affected by the rain and flood there is really not much we can do if we need to wait until 3PM (standard check in time). Check in process is really quick and easy, we need to pay 1000 THB for deposit (I think this is standard in Thailand) and they can keep our luggage / bag if we decide to go sightseeing before we check in. I manage to try their public pool, overall it's clean and a bit unique in my opinion because you can enjoy a drink since there is a bar within a pool, it's also open until night time so you have more time to enjoy the pool. Location is bit far from city center but it's still within walking distance (around 1km to Lee Gardens Plaza). There is nearby 7-Eleven which we can easily access using hotel backdoor. Overall I really like the hotel and I recommend this hotel if you don't mind the distance to city center and I will consider to book this hotel again if I travel to Hat Yai again.

The accommodation is comfortable, clean, has enough parking, reasonable price. The young staff are very good and smiling. If there is a chance to go to stay again. What would you like to improve? 1. Breakfast line There are quite a few to choose from, no salads. 2. Room balcony door. Very difficult to open/close, making a loud noise, probably because the door is made of wood and should swell.

Overall hotel is very good. Helpful very friendly and helpful. Only thing the hotel only provide iron for 1 hour only. More than that you have to pay.

Beautiful accommodation, clean rooms, quiet atmosphere, not busy, plus in the middle of the city. Unfortunately, the pool was not used. Go ahead, you won't miss it.

The new hotel has screening measures for COVID-19. The staff are polite, courteous, the room is very good, the air is cool and the bathtub is comfortable. The water is strong and very hot. The breakfast is delicious and the menu is switched. Overall, I'm impressed.
