I was carrying a family, and the basement was hot. Finding the lobby and the elevator was a bit difficult because there are more than one tower. The access card is only for one tower or elevator. There is ample parking in the basement, but the distance between cars is narrow, so you need to be a good parker. Room: As expected, 2 BR, fully furnished. Unfortunately, of the three ACs, two weren't cooling, only cool. I complained to the admin, but the response was slow and convoluted. I was told repeatedly that the AC wasn't cooling, but I didn't believe it. I was told to turn off all the ACs and only turn on the one in the living room that wasn't cooling. I don't know what they wanted, but it was still hot. The admin called housekeeping and waited for over 30 minutes. In short, it was hot for over two hours. I complained and asked for a solution. Finally, I was given two studio rooms as replacements because the 2-bedroom rooms were all full. I finally got a room with cool AC and was able to rest well. The Wi-Fi is not great, not recommended for those who like MOBA games. Especially for those who need fast internet access. The rest is standard: towels, soap, shampoo, no toothpaste, and toothbrush. The TV only has national channels, no Netflix. There's a food court in the lobby, and ordering GoFood from outside is still possible. Oh, and prepare parking fees; a car costs 40,000 rupiah per day.

Recommended, only one night but totally worth it, the owner is friendly, the deposit was returned immediately.

made a sudden online booking while driving late at night to stay overnight. the staf (mr. ical) was friendly and helpful for late check-in (just make sure to inform the approximate time of your arrival). deposit needed in exchange for the key and the refund was quick on the same day when I checked-out. the room was nice and clean, amenities were good enough (no toothbursh & tooth paste, include them please!). truly a better option than regular guesthouse for solo or family stay

The main thing is that it's comfortable and the kids are happy, next time I'll come here again with something else 😁🥰

Kami check in malam hari. Nunggu beberapa lama AC tidak dingin dingin ternyata rusak. Sudah complaint, pas kami keluar cari makan pihak teknisi datang. Saya blng saya sedang makan di luar karena tidak ada yang buka foodcourt di aprt tersebut. Saya makan di luar apart. Setelah selesai makan saya kabarkan kami sudah ada di kamar. Pihak aparr blng teknisi sudah tidak ada kami tidur keadaan panas AC mati. Kami membuka pintu balkon agar kami ga sesak nafas, dengan memindahkan kasur keruang tengah (saya tau itu bisa kena denda, tapi cuma itu yang bisa kami lakukan karena AC mati. Dan pihak apart tidak memberikan solusi apa apa) membiar kan kami tidur kepanasan, setelah itu pihak apart memberikan kami penalty hrsembayar denda karena kami menurun kan kasur. Apakah mereka mikir kami tidur kepnasan dalam keadaan AC mati? Tidak memberikan solusi kami apa apa? Setelah kami memikirkan sendiri agar kami tidak sesak karena AC mati dengan memindahkan kasur ke ruang tengah (agar ada udara segar masuk dengan membuka pintu balkon) kami ditagih denda? Cukup ucapan maaf dan membiarkan kami tidur kepansan?

Worth with price, the combo type is clean and enough for a small family. Type 2 is rather stuffy, maybe because the cleaning isn't as optimal as the combo type. but overall, just enjoy the staycation away from the hustle and bustle of the capital.
