Remote check-in via WhatsApp, deposit transfer, ID card image, digital door lock, unlocked with a code sent via WhatsApp after deposit. So far, it's a digital and sophisticated experience. Unfortunately, you have to get an access card from the lobby near the elevator in a specific tower. For new arrivals, don't go to the basement parking lot yet. To access the lobby from the basement elevator, you need an access card at the elevator access door and inside the elevator. I had to climb the stairs to the lobby. I was carrying a family, and the basement was hot. Finding the lobby and the elevator was a bit difficult because there are more than one tower. The access card is only for one tower or elevator. There is ample parking in the basement, but the distance between cars is narrow, so you need to be a good parker.
Room: As expected, 2 BR, fully furnished. Unfortunately, of the three ACs, two weren't cooling, only cool. I complained to the admin, but the response was slow and convoluted. I was told repeatedly that the AC wasn't cooling, but I didn't believe it. I was told to turn off all the ACs and only turn on the one in the living room that wasn't cooling. I don't know what they wanted, but it was still hot. The admin called housekeeping and waited for over 30 minutes. In short, it was hot for over two hours. I complained and asked for a solution. Finally, I was given two studio rooms as replacements because the 2-bedroom rooms were all full. I finally got a room with cool AC and was able to rest well.
The Wi-Fi is not great, not recommended for those who like MOBA games. Especially for those who need fast internet access.
The rest is standard: towels, soap, shampoo, no toothpaste, and toothbrush. The TV only has national channels, no Netflix. There's a food court in the lobby, and ordering GoFood from outside is still possible. Oh, and prepare parking fees; a car costs 40,000 rupiah per day.
