Mba the receptionist is really nice, all friendly

Old buildings, old ac. Ac not cold, complaint and they just cleaned the filter inside and added freon outside without check/confirm again whether ac back to normal or not. Complaint again but directly asking for room changed, got no response after almost 2hours said new room was ready.

Friendly reception, strategic location, but the TV channels are slightly the same as many power outlets are broken.

Good and satisfying service.

One of the rooms, the actual room wasn't ready at 3 pm. The usual, every hotel room is ready after check-out, maybe because the house keeping is lacking, never check-in at night, even the receptionist returned full room not because it was full but dirty, the food was fully balang.

The accommodation is good, only the check-in process is too long and the clerk is not friendly.
