Pretty new hotel, clean rooms, but the housekeeping staff has stolen valuable items! Personally I understand that valuables must be kept in a safe, but this is a face wash that takes time to shower only .. Valuable items are stored in a safe and then only the face wash is gone. The things that were rubbish were not seen to be taken away. And what to do when washing your face is wet? If you put it in a safe pair with an iPad .. The staff is only responsible for the fare for the car only, which is less than a thousand. And thought that he wouldn't stay here again Whoever comes to stay, don't forget to keep everything and all kinds of valuables in the safe. Even if wet or dry things are collected together 🙄 Thank you very much

We are very sorry about your problem. After talking at reception desk, we already offered discount 50% for the transfer fee which can make you feel better. I feel that it is not fair for our staffs when anything coud not be found that mean they were stolen by hotel staff, may be they were losted at anywhere. The hotel was exactly looks like the photo. It was very near to My Dinh Stadium, we can walk from the Stadium to Hotel for about 10 minutes. They have elevator too. The room was wide and the bathroom was clean and spacious. We didn't expect to have a full amenities like other expensive hotel but they provided it all here + bathtub! The snacks provided in the room also not really that expensive. The minus part is just we got the receptionist who didn't speak English for our check in, so it was a hassle. But during our check out, the receptionist thankfully can speak English and even offered us airport transportation for 300,000 VND (we checked the online services it's also have same price) so we're really helped with this.
