The hotel staff was very kind. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

The staff is very friendly and makes things easy. You can come early from check-in time as long as the room we booked is available..the room is clean and easy for us to pray (the Qibla is available for coins), only the wifi is a little difficult, many times I tried but couldn't use it..next time I can try here again. It's easy to find a place to eat and the mall is next door...

A little far from the city center so if you want to walk around it might be a little far but the rooms, facilities and service are okay👍🏼

Closer to Tawau airport and looking for food there is a night culinary center.

Great room which is very nice. But not enough equipment. At least you should be ready to brush your teeth free of charge. Drinking water should be available in bottles, not plastic containers. Drying stay even the whole 3 nights should never be on TV. Don't even ask for a discount.

No lift, not suitable for children and children. The location is quite isolated from the city area. Seriously, don't pick this hotel if you're family.

The hotel is located in a good location, but the quality of service is very disappointing, the TV is out of the way, the plumbing is down, and they hope to improve the service in the future.

Comfortable room at a reasonable price.

One of the best stay in Tawau. Since I go to Tawau a lot for work I've been to most Hotel there near the town center. But this one is a little bit on the side but quite comfy if you compare it with the price. If you take a late bus from KK to Tawau, staying here is your best bet since this place is so close to the last stop.

Stay here for a night. Overall satisfied, room is clean and staffs are friendly. Not recommended for guest with kids or baby because no lift provided. Need to use stair with all the bags and baby.😣
