HI NATHAKAN S Thank you so much your review I have emailed this order to you on the system- is this booking guaranteed to be paid at the hotel- I want to make sure but you did not answer me- and i have sent a request to cancel this reservation - Why don't you check and blame me you have misjudged the facts- you have no right to do that - you have unfairly assessed the impact on our businness you have not been to my house you have not used my service and yet you judge me like that

Thank you for writing a review about our home I would like to correct you that, according to the regulations, you can check in at 2 o'clock, so when you two arrived, I let you check in earlier than the regulations, so why didn't you think of that? We stipulate that guests check out at 12 o'clock, but at 12:30 p.m. they still haven't come down to check out, so I have to knock on the door to check out, because we still have to clean the room for the next guest to check in. If you want a more luxurious room, choose a big hotel to stay. We are just a small homestay so the value will be worth the money you spend. I don't know if you're upset about something of your own, but I'm always helpful and friendly to all my customers because that's my business. I hope you guys will evaluate objectively and not make dishonest comments because of personal feelings Thank you again
