The worse hotel ever, its so dirty and the air conditioner not working well, even no water heater and so hard to find online taxi here.

The place was a bit disappointing as at night the AC in the room would switch off on its own. The lock on the door was broken too. The location of the hotel was also far away from restaurants so we had to drive a long way at night to find food.

The water in the bathroom is very small and suddenly does not flow for even hot water. When contacting FO just said the water department is not there. So long shower and morning flight.

The hotel is very dirty, the bathroom is dirty, it smells very bad, the water in the closet doesn't work, when you pee you flush it using the shower, I've only ever come across a good hotel like this, it's been 390,000, the most annoying and disappointing experience. The AC was broken, the room smelled of cigarettes and it wasn't clean, the room telephone was broken, went down from the 4th floor, called the hotel staff and didn't come for almost an hour.

3 star hotel in the application but it feels like a jasmine hotel, from the bad mattress it was also scary that someone opened my room key and the room was full of mosquitoes. The breakfast wasn't delicious, in my opinion this hotel doesn't deserve the application. Just to trap other customers, I'm just the victim. I only stayed for 2 days for one day.

The AC is not cold and the mattress is making noises, the kitchen section is lazy and has many excuses when asked for help.

The bathroom is less clean. There are cobwebs in the bathroom. And there's also a small spider on the edge of the bathroom. The bathroom is also not clean. Beside the bed there are cigarette butts that are not cleaned. The mattress smells musty. The glasses in the room are not clean. The plastic cup in the bathroom was very dirty, it had never been cleaned, there were black stains in it. There are no plugs to charge cellphones. There was a dead cockroach next to the cupboard right when entering the room. The trash can in the bathroom is also dirty, there is still trash in it, it looks like the remains of previous guests. Hope next time you can pay more attention to the room for guests, you can double check and clean it.

Staff was cooperative. First provided room bed was full of ants and window was broken too. After pay extra change the room. There AC not proper working. Ash tray using as soap tray.
