The unit is nice and clean. All the facilities are usable and work well. Electric stove, rice cooker, pots and pans, clothesline on the balcony, shower faucet, toilet, refrigerator. Only one thing that was a bit annoying: there were larvae in the bathroom/toilet. Since I stayed for 9 days, this was quite annoying.

Highly recommended accommodation, clean rooms, clean bathrooms, complete equipment, good AC, good TV, someday I want to stay again at Easton Apartment by 7RM. Thank you very much

The check-in and check-out time was very impressive because I wanted to check out in the morning at 7 because I wanted to catch my flight home and I was able to check out at 7 in the morning and the room was clean but I didn't have time to take pictures because I was tired and wanted to rest and checked out very early in the morning. The price is very worth it. Overall the best👍.

The room is spacious and comfortable, especially since we got a room directly facing the IPDN campus, but I suggest that the bedsheets in the bedroom need to be replaced, because they are very dull.

There's no Wi-Fi, the TV signal is sometimes weak, and the AC can't be used because the swing is broken. But it's still a good place to relax and unwind.
