Come here many times and satisfied with the service as well as the quality of the rooms here. The location here is extremely convenient, there is Starbucks and Vincom center next door.

Friendly and enthusiastic staff, clean room. The hotel prepares a box of birthday candles in case guests need them, which is great. The drinks at the bar are a bit off.

Amazing stay in Melia Vinpearl Wonderful view of the mountain Ambiance/Facilities: The hotel looks like a scene from a castle. Everything looks great and i can see people taking pictures at the lobby because it looks grand and new. Food: The food was good. We had the chicken pho, veal sliders and korean chicken. All was delicious. Highly recommended for those who wants to order room service Staff Assistance: The hotel staff was helpful. Cleaned the room well. Receptionist was very prompt when I wanted to extend for a few nights Highlights: The receptionist was very polite and helped me with the parking coupons as well as the luggages Price: the price is worth it for a 5 star service Location: The hotel is just above the Vincom shopping mall hence everything is near. E.g. Supermarkets, Restaurants, Shops, Cafes, etc.

The room is big. From here you can see Ba Den mountain. The interior is nice. The bed is really comfortable. You should try the swimming pool here as it is one of the most beautiful indoor swimming pool we have ever been. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is wonderful. You can always find something delicious to eat. Strongly recommended!

The location is in Hanoi but when I booked the room it said it was in Tay Ninh.

Very good. Excellent rooms, very friendly staff, food was very good at the restaurant on 6th floor. Location is central, shops, cafes, restaurants nearby.

The location of the hotel is great, connected with Vincom Plaza. Free parking (motorbike and car) for hotel 's guests. The room interior is very clean and nice. Spotless bedroom and bathroom. Breakfast is nice as always, especially beef noodle, broken rice. Will always come back and stay at Melia Vinpearl Tay Ninh for the great stay. Only one thing I dislike is the way front line associates response to guests demand and inquiries. Hospitality mindset with heartfelt service is what I have not seen for my 2nd stay. First time I ask for early arrival around 11:00 as my parents are elderly and their legs are painful, I called 2 times and they all refused and said “HOTEL 's POLICY “with standard check in at 14:00 which everyone knows well. The way staffs responded might show the total stars they are. This is not my first bad review which can prove how much I like the hotel and how much I care. Till the day, my silence says no words and that will be the day I never stay there anymore. Despite the bad attitude and indifferent behavior of front line staffs, everything is good and this hotel is amazing to me in Tay Ninh.

Friendly staff, I lost my room card, the staff told me it was okay, you can rest assured and reissued another card. I then got my room card back. This action is very impressive and brings satisfaction to guests

Very satisfied, there is nothing dissatisfied with Melia Tay Ninh. The room is very spacious, big bed. Especially the hotel staff are extremely friendly. This is definitely the choice when I return to visit Ba Den Mountain
