Overall, it was okay. Facilities are good. AC is not working at all, you need to check it. I was not comfortable, the temperature is too hot, especially at night. The fan is dirty so I don't want to turn it on. There are small bugs around the bathroom and kitchen, even though the room is clean, like a small cockroach. I killed several of them.

Good for long stay in Penang for medical treatment, next to Gleneagle Hospital, close to Island, Lee Guan Lay, and Adventis Hospital.

the shower water is not hot, the washing machine also washes clothes, there is still detergent stuck to the clothes after being removed from the machine. room level 28 3A

the room is very far from the photo shown. musty smell when you open the door, all the sheets smell used, asked for a replacement, only given 1 replacement, the rest were not replaced.

Great location & nearby hospital.

Firstly, the host was very responsive and informative. The room was spacious and in a good location for everyone who needs medical treatment at Gleneagles. However, there were a few minor issues. I found some baby cockroaches in the living room area. The TV antenna was not working, so we kept the TV off. Additionally, there was some heavy dust on the fan. Overall, I would still recommend this place for its convenient location, but hope that the host will address the minor issues mentioned.

The location is superb, there is a bus stop in front of this accommodation. However, the room is quite small, and unfortunately the air - conditioner in the main bedroom was not working at all. It was so hot. Nevertheless, it was a pleasant stay. Be aware for the bed types. I got 1 double bed, 1 sofaa bed, 1 single mattress which lay on the floor, and 1 double bed that also so low and near the floor

The room, sheets, towels are all clean. You can wash clothes and there is a place to dry them. The refrigerator is ok. Complete cutlery. Overall satisfied
