Stayed here because there was an event at the Unimus campus. Overall.. it's good, but the room lights are dim.. I get dizzy when the room is dim. I like the bright atmosphere of the room, it's easy to do anything, looking for things is also not a hassle when it's bright. Breakfast is quite good.. Of all the Horisons in Smg Nindya, this one is the biggest.. Thank you, Horison, improve your quality again.

I think I'll be coming back here for a staycation, especially a Junior Suite. Everything is clean, the AC is cold, the water heater works well, and the view is great. Even though I was on the 7th floor, everything was fine. The staff are very friendly. Best of luck, Horison.

The location is not too far from the toll gate, the hotel is quite old, the service is good, and it is clean. We booked a non-smoking room but got a smoking floor, but the receptionist said the room had been treated and chosen as the best. When we got out of the elevator, the smell of cigarettes immediately hit us, but fortunately there was no cigarette smell inside the room, and the room was clean, we have no complaints.

Nothing has changed since I've been staying at this hotel repeatedly, due to the proximity to a relative's house for medical purposes. The bathroom faucet is crusty, the sink is dirty, the tiles don't look their original color (black), and the shower head leaks water everywhere. The bathroom looks neglected, with hair still lingering on the walls from the person who stayed before me.

The cleanliness didn't change when I returned. The wasteland was dirty, the faucets were crusty, the shower water was running everywhere, the table hadn't been wiped down, because there were still tissues on the table since I left and then returned, and there was dirt on the tiles from the first hotel I came to that hadn't been swept. I stayed there for 5 days because it was close to my relative's house.
