Not suitable for 4 adults, and you stay at our accommodation for several days, if you have a complaint about the room being unclean you can convey it directly to us, and even for the second day, you will have no problem with the room we provide. We always change bed linen and towels every time a guest checks out. And it's true, we put used towels in a separate and locked room drawer, we ask guests not to force the drawer open. In the room there is an information board in the room about rules & regulations during your stay. Hi Fadillah, Previously we apologize for the inconvenience, our accommodation is not allowed to smoke, smoking is allowed on the balcony with the door to the room closed, or in an outdoor room. Our accommodation applies a deposit and is refunded after guests check out via transfer, regarding deposits and in the room you cannot smoke, we have clearly informed Traveloka that non-smoking rooms & deposits are refundable. We thank you when you say directly, that our room is very comfortable and clean, sorry again because smoking is not allowed in the room.
