Great sun for the year-end holiday!!!

My family went with a small child. We chose a grand suit room with 3 bedrooms, which was extremely reasonable. The hotel is clean, the balcony window view is beautiful and the sea is beautiful. In addition, the hotel has quite good programs such as beach movies, yoga, and morning td. However, the timing is not very reasonable for a few hours. For example, a beach movie is shown very early, around the time when most people go to dinner. Delicious breakfast buffet and changing dishes daily. The housekeeping staff, receptionists, and lobby staff are always enthusiastically supportive and smile happily every time they meet guests. The swimming pool extending to the beach is clean and the water is warm in the evening. My family had a great experience at ksan.

Resort staff are very enthusiastic and thoughtful. However, the resort needs to provide some furniture, for example, the waiting chairs in the lobby are torn and very unsightly. Second, that day my mother was allergic to seafood. When she asked the receptionist for medicine, the receptionist told her to wait for the medical assistant to arrive. But by 9 o'clock he still hadn't arrived. The resort should improve this issue so guests will have a better experience

Khách sạn 5 sao nhưng thấy không xứng đáng.

Khách sạn có hỗ trợ cho mình check in sớm. Phòng mình ban cong ngay cái máy nóng khách sạn kế bên nên không dám ra ban cong ngồi lun. Phòng sạch sẽ, đẹp. Buffet sáng thì bình thường

Mọi thứ đều ổn cho đến ngày hôm sau có khách đoàn. Tất cả bữa sáng trở nên hỗn độn, không có nổi chỗ cho khách ngồi. Bữa trưa nhà hàng phục vụ nhưng rất ồn ào thậm chí không có điều hoà cho khách ăn trưa. Cơm rang chỗ chín chỗ sống.

Không xứng đáng 5 sao. Mọi thứ đều tệ từ chất lượng phòng, không gian chung cho đến mức độ chuyên nghiệp trong phục vụ.

Nhân viên thân thiện lễ phép, phòng sạch, khuôn viên rộng rãi thoáng mát.

Điểm + đây là lần 2 mình quay lại ks, khách sạn đầy đủ tiện nghi và các dịch vụ bên trong phòng cũng như bên ngoài, giá cả cũng phù hợp , đồ ăn sáng ngon , đối điện khách sạn btoi có chơ đêm bán nhiều đồ ăn ngon và và các shop bán hàng tiện lợi, bãi biển đẹp có nhiều hoạt động trò chơi ở dưới nước rất tiên , hồ bơi dài đẹp sạch sẽ Điểm - lần đầu mình đi rất ok , nhưng lần 2 có lẻ bây giờ dịp tết dọn phòng không kỹ cho lắm còn chỗ dơ và bụi, cát trong phòng tắm, phòng khá xa biển, xe đạp phải thuê không free như những resort khác Còn lại rất ok khách sạn đã cho mình kỳ nghỉ dưỡng hoàn hảo , thanks

Plus points: The restaurant chef makes delicious food, many room types to choose from. Minus points: The hotel design is not eye-catching, the soundproofing is not good, the air conditioner can't be customized as you like, the sanitary napkins are not clean and the power is lost once during my stay.

Dissatisfied: - the hotel 5⭐️ without actively contacting the airport shuttle but saying that the guest has to contact the hotel himself even though I booked a room with this service. (I stayed in Phu Quoc for 4 nights, 2 nights in another hotel, they actively called me 1-2 days before to ask for flight schedule). - My group forgot something, but the staff checking the room when checking out only indicated what we had used but did not report forgotten items (even though we still stayed at the hotel for more than 1 hour to wait for the bus time) hotel to the airport). - The food is not good, not worthy of the hotel 5 ⭐️. Satisfied: - Large, beautiful swimming pool - Pleasant, enthusiastic staff.

Very good stuff : room facilities , breakfast . Not good : hotel room is not clean , clean through speakers , even garbage is not dumped .
