Food: There's a food court next to the hotel. Staff Assistance: The hotel staff are friendly and polite. Highlights: Worth the price. There are many food and commercial areas around Y2Hotel, and access is also good because it's right on the roadside. Price: For a hotel like Tanjung Pinang, it's worth the price. Location: Strategic location.

Clean room and strategic location

The hotel room is nice, clean, the hotel staff is friendly and polite. I'm just a bit discouraged when I eat at the food court. I don't know if it's just me who is sensitive, but I'm a bit offended when I come to eat at the food court. The waiters who work there always seem to laugh when I come, it seems like they're mocking me. I don't know what they're joking about, every time I eat there they always look at me and serve me with a mocking laugh. Hopefully next time it can be better.

This is not our first or second time staying at this hotel. We have been there so many times that we have forgotten how many. The location is strategic. There is a food stall downstairs. A little further up there is a mini market and behind there is a market, so it is very strategic and makes things easier.

Nice, clean, and comfortable. I'll come back here if I need to.

I recommend staying here. But it's better not to take the package + breakfast. Because there is a food court right under the hotel, it's better to just buy it on site.
