The staff is friendly and this is my second time staying here.

Atmosphere/Facilities: Good facilities. Staff Assistance: Very friendly staff. Price: Worth the price. Location: Very strategic location in the city center.

The hotel location is strategic, the room price is also okay, the room is quite clean, the staff is friendly.

Cheap price, good service, close to city center.

narrow room, coincidentally my room is close to the work room so it's a bit noisy if someone is chatting. the ceiling is not very aesthetic because the renovation was forced, possibly to accommodate the original shophouse building. The bathroom lock needs to be replaced, maybe not a lever model like a glass window lock 😁. For that price. it's worth it. Breakfast is given for 1 person, 1 plate

Good location and friendly staff.

I am researcher from Japan University. I stayed in this hotel for 7 days. I came on Ramadhan months, therefore its really perfect location for food, and for the place that relate to my research about tsunami. The staff is really helpfull. They clean my room everyday. And the airconditioner is Cold and you can also shower with hot water. If you have to stay long and was trying to stay near of the city town this hotel absolutely suit on you.

Spacious family room, comfortable bed, clean room, small hotel but has elevator.

The room is quite comfortable, the bathroom facilities need some maintenance, the facilities are according to the price.

Good for nap. No sound from road but no soundproof from next door.

Staff friendly but lack of action I. E my room AC timing stop every 40 minute, request to take action, no action taken.

OK to stay here for the price I paid, strategic location, gym & breakfast available. Front office & staff very helpful & friendly. The only issue I want to highlight, is the services, I have issue with AC that will turn off every 40 minute, I have informed them to adjust the AC, however no action taken for past 4 days I stay, I also ask them to repair my door, no action until my last days. Please improve, special thank to the guy who repair my toilet flush and offer me the tour around aceh

The hotel is clean, the room is neat and all the room facilities are functioning well. The strategic location for breakfast is varied and delicious, the staff are friendly and very helpful.

sbnr's location is strategic, but I'm a bit disappointed with the condition of the room, the wall is not a permanent wall, but like it's blocked with boards, so it's not soundproof. When entering the room, the aroma of the room is humid, the AC is not cold. But for breakfast it's pretty good, with that price you can get a varied and tasty breakfast. The cleanliness of the room and hotel is lacking.

Poor room circulation, musty smell and toilet smell, sheets also smell musty and found fleas. In the bathroom the shower is broken, there are worms.
