The rooms are quite good, but the bathroom system is a bit old and needs upgrading (hot and cold are sometimes hot and sometimes cold). The food is a bit limited. When I asked the receptionist if I needed to order anything, the receptionist said I could just order at dinner time. But when we eat dinner at night, we order a lot of dishes and don't have many options left. Not to mention the food is unreasonably expensive, 230k/plate of chicken only has a few pieces (not enough for 1/2 chicken). I hope the resort adds food. The landscape is also quite beautiful, but 1 day and 1 night is enough.

The room is beautiful like the photo, booked 2 days in advance but the male receptionist said he did not receive the booking, guests waited 20 minutes to check in. The male receptionist handled the service very poorly. I have never seen a hotel/resort receptionist as amateurish as this. When guests are working, they push other receptionists and make fun of them? In return, the restaurant staff are very nice, friendly and professional. There will never be a second time I experience the service here 👍🏻

Very noisy, two rooms next to each other can hear every sound of the other side which is very offensive.

The environment was absolutely noisy until two in the morning there was noise the breakfast was not international at all having problems with motility I was given a room with two stairs impossible to call a taxi also required the possibility of changing money but I they advised to go to the neighboring town my experience was decidedly negative for the refund of the second night they said to contact you since I bought the accommodation with you I hope to be reimbursed for the second night which I will not use I am forced to leave the tree one night early and look for other accommodation.

Rooms are ok, the menu is not very rich and only has a set for 6 or 10 people, few people still have to use a set for 6 people. The card to use the service is locked every 12 hours, even if guests stay 2 or 3 days, they also have to go to the reception to unlock the card. Friendly staff and good support.

Nice hotel room. Excellent customer service. Friendly employee. Will come back if there is a chance.
