The staff are friendly and very helpful to guests, showing them where the MRT is, places to eat and the hotel's location is also very strategic.

The hotel staff is friendly. Don't forget to bring towels, toothbrushes, if necessary bring your own toiletries if you stay overnight. This hotel does not have an elevator. So think twice if you bring heavy luggage.

For a short transit with family, it's comfortable with many halal food sorrounding, and a mosque just cross the street, very close to the MRT station and city center

The staff is very friend and accommodating. She is Pinay too. Clean and indeed near MRT and walking distance to bugis where you can find great bargain goods like chocolate bars for 1 SGD and 30 pieces SG keychains for 10 SGD. Near asian restaurants vietnamese, Thai food strip, indian too

The price is just right for a backpacker's pocket money.

Very close to MRT Jalan Besar and Rochor. Close to Albert Center Bugis. Close to queen street bus terminal going to Johor. Room is clean, the toilet is also clean. There is a lot of food around. Staff is very helpful. You can also buy a SIM card here. Very nice hotel. Will come back for sure.

Clean, water heater works, AC cold, rubbish thrown away every day, close to MRT station, close to halal restaurants.

Pas di little india, dekat mrt.

This room is not really suitable for fussy cust. It got lil bit smelly if you not turn on air-conditioning. Got trash there and there from previous cust I believe. The good thing is near halal food and MRT and bus stop.

Very narrow even though the location is very close to everywhere.

When first looking at reviews, I was worried because I booked for my whole family. But to be honest, the room was so much better than expected. Great customer service, comfortable room if you are not fussy and a great location as eateries are walking distance and so are public transports.
