Highly recommended if you go to Jogja, a large swimming pool.

The process of checking in via a security guard is not friendly and has to wait a long time, AC is only in the main room and the living room. One bedroom has no AC. The TV in the main room had no antenna, the room was never cleaned. The blankets provided made it itchy, until I finally had to buy my own blanket, a light bulb in a dead room, not replaced. Tissue is not provided at all. I stayed with 3 people and 3 nights were only given 3 bottles of mineral water at the beginning. Empty water dispenser, hot water can only be made from an electric stove that works very long, no spoon is provided, only one bolster, only one fork.

The owner was friendly, fast-responses, and kind. The Location in the heart of the city and the unit in the low floor. But, I think, she need to improve their room in term of cleanliness and basic amenities. Many dusts in the furniture, smelly cabinet below the sink, and I found used- soap and its pack in the toilet. There is no toilet tissue and rubbish bin. Eventhough, she provided electric kettle, pan, stove, and tea-cup, but she didn't provide spoon and plate. Moreover, the pan already scorched.
