For mosquitoes, you might need to be more technically prepared to repel them because the surrounding environment is a breeding ground for mosquitoes, which can even enter the accommodation area, even the capsules.

The location is near the train station. The bathroom and toilet need more cleaning. The bath soap ran out and wasn't refilled. The washbasin needs to be cleaned daily.

Less pleasant in terms of toilet facilities, there is no place to store toiletries, there is no AC control in the pod, there is only 1 lamp that cannot be adjusted for lighting, there is only 1 toilet.

There could be that many mosquitoes in this room. I thought I'd be greeted by mosquitoes upon arrival. But inside, more than 10 of them had already entered through the cracks and were already gorging themselves on blood. This accommodation is terrible. Is it never cleaned or something? Just be careful.

This is my second stay at PassGo, primarily due to its proximity to Sudirman Baru Station for access to the airport train. It's still comfortable and clean, with a room that's not cramped. You can leave your luggage at the front desk, the prayer room is clean, there are water gallons on the first and second floors, and you can use the cutlery in the communal area. There was a slight difference from my first stay in January: there was a hair dryer in the restroom, but that was gone by September.

The hotel staff is very friendly and caring towards guests. There are a few improvements, such as the bathrooms, which could be cleaned more frequently.

The place is comfortable, cool, and looks very modern. It's perfect for those looking for a budget-friendly stay.

Second stay at Passgo after 3 years. First time staying here, I chose the box room and had a great time. When I wanted to attend a concert again, I remembered Passgo, which has super easy access. Then I booked another room. This time it was a capsule. The review is not much different from before. Got a towel, toothpaste, toothbrush, slippers, and 1 bottle of drinking water. Shampoo and soap are already in the bathroom. The only different thing is that the bathroom for the capsule, which is connected to the sleeping area, does not have a water heater. There are 3 bathrooms and 2 toilets. Tried all 3 bathrooms, and none had hot or even warm water. Good thing that in Jakarta, the cold water isn't too cold. By the way, I got bed 210, which is right in front of the AC, oh my god, it's so cold. No need to turn on the AC inside. The cold penetrates the capsule😭. Even drying a towel doesn't take long to dry. The AC in Passgo is indeed fierce, even the box room was very cold. Bring socks and a jacket if you can't stand the cold. Besides liking the pantry facilities which have a refrigerator, microwave, cutlery, dispenser.

It's a great place for solo travelers to stop by.

The place is nice and clean. The only thing that needs improvement is the shower room. You could compare it to Bobobox or Senayan Stay for better shower areas.

The towels should be automatically available in the locker, instead of having to ask the receptionist.
