It located very near from the main road. it was behind a big spa parlour. you need to walk through a narrow alley from the main road. there's no way for a car. so either you walk or ride motorbike. it was very near from the ubud art mart, the lotus cafe, saraswati temple, and many places that I didn't have chance to visit. I walked a lot here. the room was nice for the price. it has a bath tub with hot water. but the hot water sometime didn't work. the owner told me that the bath tub was only available in the room at the first floor. there was an AC and a fan. unfortunately the AC was leaking. the owner offered me to use the second floor room but I didn't want it. because my cousin wanted to use the bath tub. anyway, UBUD was very cold. so I didn't really need the AC. but since the room was musty, I opened the door sometime to change the air. the bath tub was nice and clean. sometime the hot water didn't work. it was very nice for relaxing. with 160.000 idr I can enjoy the bath tub. well...what a deal! I extended my stay for another day. but there was no room cleaning. maybe because I didn't ask it. I am not sure...the owner was not around all the time. so...anyway I was always out all the time so it was okay. tips: food there are quite pricey. I found the cheap ones tho. there is a Nasi padang restaurant in jl hanoman. the price per plate is about 25.000 idr. there's also a lady who opened a food stall in the open hall across the padi store. the price per plate was about 20.000 idr. at nite, there was also a man who sell nasi bungkus not so far from the homestay. all of these places are in walking distance from the homestay.
