I stayed at this hotel for 1 week during my business trip at the end of last month. Free update hotel gave me a spacious room, with large windows, very comfortable stay. The hotel is near the lake, every morning I go to the lake to run before going to work. Very pleased

Beautiful hotel, near Hoan Kiem Lake, spacious, airy rooms, beautifully decorated, extremely cute and professional staff, serving guests like family. Breakfast, lunch and dinner at the hotel are very convenient, reasonable prices, safe during Covid season. If I have the chance, I will definitely return to the hotel and recommend it to my colleagues.

The housekeeping staff's attitude was too bad, arbitrarily rummaging through my belongings in the closet without my permission, although I was in the room, the female staff without my permission burst in wardrobe just to find a pillow that she left in the closet (as she explained after rummaging through the closet)

The hotel is very close to the old town, convenient to travel. Phòng không giống ảnh chút nào. Mình được xếp phòng ở tầng 1 ẩm thấp và nấm mốc. Siêu chật chội. Mình có nói với lễ tân là không giống trên travaloka mình đã book thì được lễ tân đổi sang phòng bên cạnh tạm hơn 1 chút nhưng nói chung vẫn có trải nghiệm tệ. Cách âm kém và ẩm mốc.
