It's fun, you don't have to leave; everything is provided. From food and games to the most memorable, the Aqua Symphony performance. A one-day stay wouldn't have been enough. Unfortunately, the rooms seem poorly maintained, with broken table lamps, peeling wallpaper, and signs of rainwater seepage on the walls and ceiling.

The hotel staff was friendly, the rooms were comfortable, and the amenities were plentiful. A one-day stay was not enough. And most importantly, the kids were very happy while they were here.

If you're in Batu, I definitely stay here. There are no downsides; everything is great. Complete facilities, clean, and friendly staff.

The hotel staff, starting from the security, are friendly, the rooms are clean, bismillah, next time I can come here again.

During check-in, the staff was very helpful. I requested a higher floor and was indeed given the 11th floor in the green building. The room was clean and tidy, and the Wi-Fi was reliable. The amenities are complete, making it perfect for a family staycation.

There's no getting bored staying here. It's truly a pleasure.

If you're heading to Jatim Park 3, this hotel is a great choice, as it's very close. If you're not finished exploring Jatim Park 3 but are already checking out, you can leave your luggage there. However, the food menu is a bit lacking in variety.

For the breakfast restaurant, it is less comfortable.
