Be careful if you book a room at this hotel through an online platform, because it seems that the Management or Agency is not ready for that, the experience when booking a room online, when checking in our names were not there and the rooms had all been sold to other people. It was the most horror experience in our travel history. So it's best to make sure your order is returned by phone.

I had an uncomfortable experience when checking in at this hotel because of a miscommunication between the hotel and the agent. But finally the hotel gave me a solution and I was able to check in even though I was given a slightly different room from the order. But I really appreciate the handling of complaints this hotel is very good, without emotion and can provide solutions. Thank you to the owner of the ocean terrace for the solution. Hopefully in the future there will be no more miscommunication. My review for this hotel: 1. Friendly and communicative service. 2. The location is very good, right in front of the beach and you can get a sunrise view at 05.30, you must be on standby if you want to get the perfect view. 3. Good food, good breakfast, very good dinner, affordable menu prices. 4. The rooms are nice, clean and fragrant, cold air conditioning. Smooth water is a bit salty because it is near the sea. Hot water not working. Super comfortable exclusive bath tub. Complete toiletries. There is coffee and tea complete with a water heater. 5. There are 2 swimming pools. Lower level right by the beach, upper level view of the beach. Same cool view. My advice, after completing the order, it's a good idea to confirm with the hotel to make sure the room ordered is really available and check-in is smooth. Staying with family took 2 rooms was very pleasant, hotel and rooms were very clean, service was good and breakfast food was also good. The hotel provides car rental with a driver who picks us up at the port and takes us and the family to all the tourist attractions we want to visit, starting from arriving at Nusa Penida until evening, continuing tomorrow morning at 5 am until we arrive at the port at Pk. 12.30. Rent a car can be unlocked, but our advice is that you only use a driver because the road is quite extreme with climbs and turns and the road is small. I. Our suggestion: There needs to be a telephone in each room to be able to communicate with reception and between rooms.
