Everything was pretty good: you could leave your belongings in the hotel freezer, there was no charge for additional cards, and drop-offs within the hotel area were always well-serviced and well-guided. Unfortunately, we couldn't get a connecting room, which made it a bit difficult for families, as we had to keep knocking on doors.

Nice hotel. The lobby area is spacious, but the only downside is that the parking area is too far away, making it uncomfortable for vehicles in the rain or heat.

Very satisfying stay at BW Inn

A hotel with very fast access to the city, beautiful city views, only the room lights are set to dim so it's not too bright.

Everything is good. I like staying here.

So this is my favorite hotel, if I go to Belitung I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Friendly service, neat and clean rooms

Stayed for 2 nights, located in the city center. Plenty of food around the hotel. There was a New Year's Eve dinner and live music. The food wasn't very varied. The music was disappointing, as it only lasted until 10:30 AM, and even stopped before 10:30 AM. Initially, we were told it would last until 11:30 AM. We waited until 12:00 PM for the end-of-year celebrations, but nothing happened. We bought a four-person package for New Year's Eve, but it was disappointing.
