Stayed here for almost 700,000 Rupiah per night during a national sporting event. The bathroom floor was cracked and made a noise when stepped on, the toilet was dirty, the room felt damp, and the paint on the walls was flaking due to moisture. The hotel is an old building that hasn't been renovated.

Conveniently located, just a short walk to Mataram City Park, TAMAN SANGKAREANG. Note: You'll need to be patient for a warm shower, but it's fine. The only downside is that the drainage system needs to be improved, as it doesn't flow very smoothly. After a short shower, the water pools.

The service is very satisfying. There was a slight problem with the bathroom exhaust fan not working but the hotel immediately provided a solution to move rooms 👍. Very satisfying 👍👍

Please improve the maintenance, poor owner. 1. The shower pipe is loose, not bolted. 2. The sound of the outdoor AC is very disturbing. Loud and buzzing in the room. 3. The shower water pressure is not strong enough. 4. Waiting for hot water from the shower is quite long. 5. The table in the room is tilted, it turns out that some of the supporting bolts are loose / not properly installed. 6. Security and motorbike parking officers should be more careful in arranging parking, because sometimes it is difficult to get out, and the officers are not on site. Small things in maintenance and guest service are very important, if left alone it will cause more serious damage
