Only the room was dirty, the room was not completely cleaned, there was still rubbish from the previous guest and it was dusty.

I thought I'd get a full view, but it turned out to be the same as a non-upgraded room (the view is only the pool, blocked by trees). If I'd known that, I wouldn't have upgraded; it was the same price anyway. - An unpleasant odor from the bathroom/toilet, even when closed, still permeated the room. Overall, it was good. The staff were super friendly. A broken door was immediately repaired. The restaurant service was also excellent.

The hotel is comfortable and clean, and the air in Tomohon is very cool. I really enjoyed the view, with its many gardens and Mount Lokon clearly visible from the hotel.

The bathroom smelled and was very dirty. Very disappointed, not worth the price.

Quality and environmentally friendly hotel.

The staff is friendly and the hotel has a pleasant atmosphere. However, it would be even better if the pool had its own towels so you don't have to bring them from your room.

The first time I stayed here, I was very satisfied, both with the hotel, the area, the view, and everything I liked.

The place is nice, it would be better if you come in the summer, because during the rainy season the view of Mount Lokon is not visible because it will be covered by fog. Hopefully when you come again the AC will be updated, just to add, if possible, clean the outside of the glass too, because it's not nice to see when you open the curtains, there are lots of bird droppings. Other than that, it's okay.

Please note that the bathroom door in Queen's room is very unsafe. The door handle is so sharp that it cut my finger until it bled. Not only me, but there were 3 other people whose fingers were cut.

The best in terms of views, facilities, food, and service. But the Wi-Fi keeps dropping out. Please improve it.

The service was not good, no one helped lift things out of the car and the room was a bit dark.
