The toilet is not designed properly, there are no hooks to hang things, very inconvenient.

The staff named Khoa at the reception is very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is clean, the room is spacious, airy, with a beautiful view of the sea and mountains. The room price booked in advance on the app is quite cheap. There is a staff member who helps move the suitcase to the room. Overall, I am satisfied. Thank you for contributing to the happy vacation for my family. I will come back when I have the opportunity to go to Nha Trang.

A vacation at Art Nest Nha Trang was wonderful. The hotel is very beautiful, clean, near the beach, delicious breakfast, friendly and enthusiastic staff, our family really liked it.

The hotel is so beautiful, the swimming pool on the rooftop is warm compared to other hotels. Friendly staff enthusiastically advise on both good and cheap places to eat. The breakfast buffet is especially delicious with drinks. Next time I will still choose ART if I have the opportunity to visit Nha Trang again.

Location: right in the center, close to everywhere, 10 convenient points. Facilities: luxurious, clean. With the main need for bathing and resting, it is very satisfactory. 4 quick elevators, enthusiastic receptionist. Facilities: free swimming pool and gym. Spa charges a fee. I rate your spa skills at a pretty good level. I thought the spa was for her to relax and sleep, but she couldn't sleep at all kakaa. If you want to relax, I think it would be better to go to a massage parlor here. Breakfast: I haven't eaten yet because I went to a conference. As for my husband, he eats exactly 1 meal and rests even if he stays for 3 days 😂. Go enjoy Nha Trang's specialties outside, which are more delicious, but also cheaper :3

Hotel services are too slow and unprofessional as advertised. specifically, the room has been proposed twice but the room remains the same. Stay at the hotel for 4 nights. The first time I asked to clean my room out at 11am to 3am. then went out to remind me to clean again. Back to the water shortage lab. missing handkerchief. lack of tea and coffee. the second time on January 30, 2020 before leaving at 11 o'clock in the room at 14:30 has not cleaned the room yet. I called the receptionist and told me to clean the room at 11:00 to 16:00, while at 11 o'clock on the street, Vien was in the same row. I still pay a tip every time I clean a room. probably belittling guests. Only Russian and foreign guests are here. (probably in China) or if you need more room cleaning fee, you can report it (pay it). If there are not enough employees or a large number of employees, you should review the Division's operation. 4-star hotel, why not deserve it. ask Vien if he has a complaint department. Breakfast food is very bad. peanut peanuts like water. tofu tofu sour sour The soup is not boiling.

The hotel is nice, really looking like, so is the room, as shown in the picture. Friendly and enthusiastic worker. The buffet breakfast is only normal, not very prominent. However, it was a bit inconvenient when I was staying in the Premium room, currently the opposite side is building dark or illuminated by the lights on it, and also worried that a part of the workers over there should take it. I had to close the curtains 24/24, besides, there was the noise due to the machinery over there, so I slept awake for a long time. If it is okay in other rooms, we recommend everyone to the hotel to rest

The first thing I would like to say about this place is - friendly staffs! They are so cute, friendly, helpful and caring. The second thing is -cleaning! Everything is so clean and nice. Actually I like the decoration here. Only 1 thing I don’t really like, that is - breakfast. It’s very poor. But anyway, still highly recommend to everyone who are gonna go to Nha Trang.

This is a newly opened hotel, in general the location is very convenient and the equipment is very good. But breakfast is served according to the meal: each person has 1 part + 01 glass of water. This is a disadvantage for the hotel because compared to other hotels of the same level, the other place serves breakfast buffet. Staff is not very professional yet. Hope everything will get better in the future
