According to the procedure when the customer checks out, the housekeeping department will check the room and notify if the guest damaged or forgot something in the room. In her case, the check-in and housekeeping staff at the hotel checked and did not find anything she forgot at the hotel.
Upon receiving her phone call, the staff checked the customer's room and lost belongings carefully one more time. She then informed her that the hotel could not find her forgotten item or that she might have lost it somewhere else.
So we ask you to double check your luggage or remember if it's lost somewhere else.
The hotel always actively contacts to return or help guests to store and preserve if guests forget!
