The hotel's location is very strategic, in front of the hotel at night there are lots of culinary places

The calm and peaceful atmosphere is suitable for a place to rest, but it's cold at night😂🙏🥶🥶🥶

the room is spacious, clean, strategic location, delicious breakfast with many choices (children above 5 years old pay 75k), weekends have many activities for children and are free. at 1 o'clock coloring, at 2 o'clock clown, at 3 o'clock reptile, at 4 o'clock cooking class. at 7 pm free movie time (those who want to rent a tent pay 250k plus snacks), at 8-10 am exercise, animal feeding, riding around in a fire truck, ending with being sprayed with fire water for free (those who want to rent a firefighter uniform + animal food pay 100k). the kids are happy with full activities all day long.

The experience of staying here was quite pleasant. I deliberately stayed here because I saw the review, it was kids friendly. But it turned out that all the activities were paid, especially the cartoon camp, which was too overpriced. The hotel atmosphere was really nice because you could see the mountains and the hotel was also clean even though it was a bit noisy from the sound of vehicles. The service was really great, even given a slice of cake when the child had his birthday. My suggestion is that the taste of breakfast needs to be improved.

We stayed on a weekend and tbtb the room was upgraded by Horison Ciawi. When we entered, we were shocked! Love it so much because we got a Japan theme 🩵🩵🩵🩵🩵 This is the second time I've stayed here. At that time, I ordered a fam suite and it was just as clean! The lobby smells so good, I love it! There are tons of kids activities, no need to ask, it's comfortable! The breakfast food is delicious but because yesterday was a weekday, there was no herbal medicine and there were fewer varieties, while the first time on the weekend there was delicious herbal medicine! The swimming pool is wide, pwol! The view of the room is the best fantastic four, all of them, ahehlah, I really like it! No regrets and will definitely come back! Pia, the position is good in the middle, you can go down to Bogor and go up to the top because it is not far from the alternative safari road.

Thank you Horison, I ordered a junior suite type room but was upgraded to a higher class to a deluxe suite, thank you Mas Dede, the very helpful receptionist.

The hotel is nice, comfortable, complete facilities. Although the billiard facilities are very poorly maintained. The only thing that makes it uncomfortable is the sound of the telolet bus outside because the hotel is right on the side of the road. But overall okay and happy.

Breakfast at 10 am, all the food was taken straight away, even to the water, even though we had to notify them in advance, but it was very uncomfortable because there were still many guests eating.

Complete facilities, one of the best choices for a staycation with children, food is also very diverse. Awesome.

I booked a deluxe room when checking in the hotel room the AC was broken but the hotel immediately moved me to another room and gave me an executive room. Very happy the AC was cooler. The room was more spacious and there was an additional long sofa. And ordered a cake complement even though it arrived late, but at least I was given a compliment, thank you to Mr. Adam who was smiling and kind who accepted the cake request and delivered it.

The best family hotel with very friendly hotel staff who help with all guest needs, complete facilities including for children, complete food, clean rooms and fun children's activities.

It's quite ok, breakfast is quite varied.
