The hotel is big, but there are few visitors so it feels really scary, the facilities are bad, my towel was torn. The service is quite good, for emergency stays it is okay but for more than 2 nights it is not recommended.

My rooms doesn't have proper window. It ' s just a camouflage can't open facing wall to laundry room. So only exhaust fan is the source of your oxygen. The bathroom tiles also broken. Everything should have been fixed. Even the mop in my house looks better than towels.

Untuk harga yang lumayan mahal, tidak begtu worth. Memang dekat sekali akses bandara, tapi. Kondisi kamar tidak sesuai seperti yang di tampilkan di aplikasi. Kondisi kamar mandi kotor, klosetnya juga jorok. Malam-malam ad yang mengganggu tidur manggil-manggil ddpn pintu. Nextime mungkin lebih d perhatikan lagi kebersihannya.

Pelayan di hotel ini ramah. Hotelnya cukup bagus dari luar. Kamarnya juga cukup luas, kamar mandi di dalam + air panas, wastafel, sabun dan sikat gigi. Akan tetapi handuknya terlihat kumal (warnanya bukan putih lagi), tempat tidurnya berisik kalo diduduki/tidur, besi tempat tidurnya sudah pada copot dan bawahnya banyak debu. Maaf saya sampaikan ini untuk perbaikan ke depan, terima kasih 🙏.

Receptionist ramah, suasana hotel menyenangkan, kamar bagus dan lega banget dengan harga yang terjangkau. Menginap semalam menunggu penerbangan keesokan harinya. Ada service mobil hotel mengantarkan ke bandara. Minusnya hanya kamar mandinya kurang bersih, mungkin karena lama tidak ada tamu.

The location of the view of the hotel is good, parking is spacious, easy to find (right on the causeway) at an economical price. Recommended for those who are adventurous/adventure hobbyists.

Tempat tidur memakai lapis selimut kotor dan kesan seperti sudah terpakai sebelumnya.

Lokasi dekat dengan bandara Silangit, ukuran kamar di atas ukuran kamar hotel budget, halaman dan parkir yang luas. Pertahankan pelayanan. Usulan, kalau bisa ada juga layanan jemput ke bandara (yang ada sekarang hanya antar ke bandara)

The service is bad because the staff is not friendly. The room was also dirty, there were cigarette butts under the mattress. The mattress is not good and the sheets smell musty there are traces of liquid. The flush in the toilet didn't work, finally I had to move rooms again

I used Traveloka to book room and chose payment upon checking but this hotel didn't give me receipt. The room were dirty and I asked to change the room. The staff didn't use protocol covid during our staycation. I didn't recommend this hotel for your accommodation since they give you so so service

hot water is too hot difficult to regulate. I got a room where the door handle was broken. just a transit Ok ...

The staff is unfriendly and seems arrogant.

The room is spacious, the cleanliness is decent, the mat from the bathroom is not there then the bathroom door is broken and not repaired.

Comfortable, clean hotel, good service. Don't regret staying at this hotel.
