Dirty, dead ac, moved rooms, even the toilet has no water. But according to the price.

All very unsatisfactory.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in while using Traveloka. Because I made an appointment with a business friend close to the location of the hotel I was forced to occupy but it was very disappointing that the air conditioner was not cold, the service was very bad, the dirty floor was dusty, the bathroom was dirty, towels, mineral water, soap, toothbrushes especially sandals were all missing, I was really disappointed too with Traveloka, why are hotels like this included in the application.

So my plan is to continue to stay because I am waiting for the schedule of the event which is still unclear but not finished with the reason, if the night is noisy, the air conditioner is leaking, the bed is not good, I feel like the body, wake up sick, the socket is only 1 hole, the TV channel is open. , the pillows are thin and hard, lots of mosquitoes at night, no towels are provided, no trash cans are provided in the room / near the door. For prices above 100 thousand it should be better than this, at least the bed is replaced which is comfortable, hopefully it will be better in the future. Sorry to the hotel for my less than good review.

The AC remote doesn't function so it's cold but it's solid

Pros: good bathroom strategic location. Weaknesses: narrow room pillows and smelly beds.

first, I was surprised when I found myself in a non window room. but that' is lately ok... when, second: there was only one electronic plug in the room and it was unable to use. well actually there were two plugs..but you had to unplug the tivi. the third: the room is smell bad. I think the bed is where the smell came from. but I appreciate the staff...they were so helpful. so I hope the management could have maintenance schedule so that smell room problem can be overcome. thank you team. 👌

No one was friendly, no towels, very disappointed the air conditioner leaked.

It's fun to travel and the process is fast.

Clean and comfortable for a place to rest, the price is right in accordance with the service, just okay.

Toilet kit is only for 1 day even though we stay 2 nights, our bath towels must be responded to request, the tisue is not available both on the toilet and outside the toilet, the AC room drips, the TV channels are not clean.
