The location is strategic because it's in the tourist center, but it's a bit far from Bugis MRT station. Cleanliness is so-so, not perfect, but not bad either. Fast Wi-Fi. Free bottled water.

So far, the service has been good, especially for those familiar with digital technology, as online self-check-in is available. It was a bit unexpected. The rooms have three levels, and the stairs are quite steep. I got a room right in front of the bathroom door, so I was often disturbed by people coming and going.

The location is good, not far from Bugis, located beside Haji Lane. But the door system wasn't really good so when people come in and out without always handling the door, it will be so loud that I can't sleep.

Location is strategic. Maybe can improve the space for shower room and toilets

Didn't stay overnight, missed the flight, but the hostel itself was good, the pods smelled clean, the bathrooms, even though they were shared, were always clean. Good service. Because I have stayed here several times.

Not really private, doesn't have a lock so I couldn't sleep at night worrying cause someone opened my curtain before.

During the stay there was no water dispenser available for refills, the room hallway was narrow. Easy access to stay. And there is no breakfast here (some other pods provide breakfast bread or cereal). The area is very strategic and busy. Lots of Muslim food too and near the mosque

For the bathroom, is not spacious, just a space which is friendly to children but not an adult with medium build, hence, towel and clothes hang on the hanger are wet. For the bed, the staircases are upright, it 's so hard to climb up to the bed at 2nd level, and the walls in my bed are mold, especially the wall provided to hang on the towel, I wiped it with wet tissues for several times before I hang on my towel.
