I choose to Stayed at this hotel on 08 August 2025 with considered just next door to Aston, which I will attend seminar there. Check in around almost 16.00 PM was normal Order room service fried rice, took around more half an hour ( Taste just so so ) Next exactly to my room so noisy, sound like do something movement, did complain to reception and got answer they on renovation. They will stop by 18.00 I request to move the room, reception said all room full. Midnight around 02.00 AM, I was woken up by noisy from next room, though perhaps dream? or horror things ? as midnight, no point next room still do renovation on that hour. but then noisy clearer start louder sound, tapping sound, saw sound, toilet flush sound. I tried called to reception, around 6x times nobody answer, after around 10 more minute I recall again and picked up, I did complain can not sleep by that loud noise, reception say he will talk to craftsman to stop, in a while I heard handy talky sound outside my room ( perhaps from reception asked them to stop ) Hello,........... then definitely I can not sleep any longer till 05.00 AM, while at 07.00 AM I need to wake up. Such a wise & dedicated hotel which did the renovation till midnight and exactly next to your room :(

Plus Point : Strategic Location, Very Kind and Helpful Lobby Manager (Mr Hari) Minus : First Day Got a Room Without Window, Only One Electric Socket, Broken Chair, Midnight AC Leaked Heavy, Luckily Lobby Manager Helped to Move to a More Proper Room (From the First Check In I Had Asked to Move Room, But Receptionist Didn't Help), Breakfast Flat and Less Varied, For Fave "Premier" Class in its price range.... It Should Be Better, Complete, Delicious and Varied... Because Many Three Star Hotels Have Very Proper Breakfast Menus....

The receptionist who helped with check-in was very helpful and tried to get us a room as early as possible even though we arrived very early in the morning.

The hotel staff was friendly and responsive, and the information provided was very clear. The facilities were excellent, including a sauna.

All the facilities are okay, the service is friendly, only one thing that made me in a bad mood, when I stayed there was a renovation going on, for some reason it was right above the room, so you can imagine how noisy the renovation was.

The service is pretty good, the food is delicious, the facilities are ok, the staff are also friendly.

Despite the slight drawback of the somewhat noisy air conditioning, this hotel is still a good choice overall. The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms are very satisfactory.

The water heater takes a long time to heat up, try fixing it, and if you want to stay here, it's better to take the superior room, it's spacious.

So far so good.. there's just a miss from the staff.. I wanted to extend but the price had changed because it was the weekend, even though previously the price was not as expensive as what the other staff said.

Overall, the service from Favehotel Cihampelas is top-notch, starting from the security, receptionists, and hotel staff, everyone is very friendly. The rooms are clean and spacious, the water heater and wifi are always on, and there is a warm swimming pool for children. It's top.

Nice hotel, walking distance to most attractions in Cihampelas street, lots of shopping arcades and culinary spots.
