the lifts were mostly full during the noon time due to checkouts period. We had to wait for more than 15 mins before we could get the lift to go down. Generally, it is a good place to stay with many eateries around KSL Hotel.

The hotel is exceptionally clean and features attentive, friendly service. Facilities are better than average, including a comfortable game room, a well-kept pool, and the Dinosaur Water Theme Park (RM20/pax), which is a nice perk. The food provides good variety and is enjoyable. While the location is convenient and city-close, expect a busy, crowded setting due to the adjacent shopping mall and heavy traffic on the main road

The location is great. It's next to the mall. It's easy to get everywhere.

The bath towel was very dirty, like a mop cloth.

Room is bit noisy at night. Think is comig from central aircon.

My kids are happy with the water dinosaur themepark playground although right now for hotel guests also must pay. Strategic with bus around to JB Sentral and with pasar malam on Monday night variety of foods available. Thanks

Perfect location as the shopping mall is just below of the hotel. Towel one room is a bit run down

The accessible room toilet is not well equipped with safety features as the shower water is everywhere without a partition/shower screen

The hotel is near the city center and has many shops around it. It's convenient to get food, drinks, and some simple groceries/snacks. The shopping mall is also next to the hotel, good for having a walk around after dinner. The staff is helpful during check-in and check-out, and the counter has many front desk staff to handle in case many customers come in for check-in.

Request for 2 beds but gived 1 King bed. The door have problem. The corridor is smelly

The room was a bit lacking in cleanliness, especially the floor. There was still dust all around. On the second day, the cleaning service didn't replace my toothbrush. I didn't understand why. And I was too lazy to ask for it again. So, I just ended it. So far, it's been a good stay. At least it's connected to the mall.
