I've been back to Midtown three times. It's easy to access and close to the city center. The staff and service are excellent for a hotel of this price. Every time I visit Surabaya, I always choose to stay at Midtown. Please continue to improve the service and facilities. 👍

The staff are very friendly.. From the front to the back, everyone is friendly.. The hotel is close to everywhere.. The room is comfortable.. Only the bathroom is a bit small.. But it's okay.. I don't go to the bathroom often. The breakfast has a lot of variations.. Delicious.. Thank you

This hotel is very close to the city center. It's a short walk to the TP.
The rooms are very spacious, with good Wi-Fi, and complete amenities. It's suitable for staycations or business trips. The breakfast menu is also quite varied and tasty.
Unfortunately, when I stayed, one of the elevators was broken, so I had to wait quite a long time to get down. Hopefully, things will improve in the future.
