I was in a smoking room, so the air conditioning smelled of cigarettes, which was very uncomfortable. The walls felt unclean, and the lighting was inadequate.

The staff is very friendly, the hotel and rooms are very clean, and the view is very nice.

Everything is great. Except the bathroom doesn't have a shower hose, making it difficult to bathe the kids. All the food is delicious except the fried rice, which is hard. I've stayed here twice. I love it, and it's strategically located in the heart of Surabaya.

The location is strategically close to the airport, and the rooms are quite spacious. The breakfast is quite varied and the taste is still quite satisfying.

The location is very strategic in the city center, anywhere you want to go is close, and not far from Gubeng Station.

The hotel is quite comfortable, with easy access to dining and entertainment, and the staff are friendly. However, there's only motorcycle parking. Four-wheeled vehicles are moved to a dedicated parking lot outside the hotel by security or a dedicated staff member. And for customers with heavy luggage, it can be quite demanding, as they have to go up the elevator to the reception desk. But I like the hotel for a budget-friendly getaway. 🙏

Stayed here twice, twin bed. I think the place is clean, the hallway to the room is also clean. The room is quite spacious, but unfortunately the soundproofing is lacking because the noise from outside/the highway/next door near the black owl can still be heard. For complete amenities, coffee, sugar, tea are available. For water, a pitcher is provided in the room and you can get your own water from the gallon area near the room. Each floor has 2 gallon dispensers. Choose a high floor for the best view in any room you choose. For valet parking.

The hotel is really near to big mall Tunjungan Plaza.

I arrived at 8 p.m. with a minor leg injury. The security guard promptly brought me a wheelchair, escorted me to my room, and even suggested moving me to a room near the elevator. The receptionist was also friendly. The food was varied but not overdone, and the taste was quite good. Tongseng was the signature dish, and it was delicious.

The hotel staff was friendly, check-in and check-out were easy and hassle-free. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the restaurant was comfortable.

My first time staying at Midtown. - A bit disappointed because I had requested a city view room, but it was fully booked, so I got one with a rear view. - The bathroom was a bit cramped, but clean. Oh yeah, the toothbrush was soft. - The room was comfortable, air-conditioned, and the AC was cold. - Parking is minimal, but the valet service is top-notch! - Breakfast was pretty good, and the chicken porridge was also excellent. - Yesterday, only one elevator was working, so hopefully it will be fixed soon. - Friendly staff ✨️

Blanket cover and bedsheet felt like they weren't changed. I informed housekeeping and they brought new ones which felt like they were after washing condition.

Check-in was not on time with room preparation.
