The hotel staff is friendly. When I stayed at Casa Dasa Hotel, the air conditioning wasn't that cool. In the end, I asked to be moved and upgraded to a deluxe room.

There was a cat on my roof, and it was playing the whole night, very noisy. there was only one solution: move to another room, but only twin bed. so i didn’t want to move. but other than that, it’s pretty good and very affordable.

Been to Balo twice, always stay here. 7 years ago there was no coffee shop, but now there is a coffee shop.

The hotel environment is clean, very close to the city center, but still comfortable for a place to stay.. the staff is very friendly.

Nice area here in Seminyak, not too far from the shops and the beach. Not a very busy area, and friendly staffs.

The room is spacious, comfortable and quiet, the AC is cold, but there are often many mosquitoes in the room. There is a coffee shop integrated with the hotel and a minimarket next to the hotel.

Location and staff are friendly but I was booked for kingsize bed but they said not available on arrival. Room to much mosquitoes and many other insects make me can't sleep well. Besides, the room door hard to open and every-time using hair dryer after shower the power will cut.

I paid for 2 rooms for 3 nights at this hotel, but on the 2nd day I moved hotels. So I lost 2 rooms for 2 nights. The hotel environment is not comfortable, next to the hotel there is a liquor store with seating in front of it, and when I arrived there were many people hanging out drinking, I can't imagine if someone was drunk. The room smelled musty like it hadn't been occupied for a long time. The 50m2 room only had 1 AC, it wasn't cold either, it was on and off. The sheets had lots of stains. The pillows smelled musty. The pool water was murky. The room was cleaned (housekeeping) only every 2 days. Only 1 plus point, the hotel staff was quite friendly.

There is no breakfast, when you order a single bad, when you arrive it's a twin bad.
