This Hotel has the best location. Beautiful rooms, breakfast divine. Staff great. Old classic hotel.

I checked in at night and everything was very easy. The welcome drink is very fresh and varied. They don't have an elevator. And if you stay in the Rejang room type, the position is at the top and the only access is by a small circular staircase (so if you need easier access, you can communicate other room types with the hotel). All items will be helped carried by very initiative staff. The rooms have a very traditional feel and lots of historical stuff, but overall pretty clean. Breakfast is also very varied although ala carte. It tastes really good. Their coffee is also very good. For breakfast, it is recommended to choose on the 3rd floor because the view is to the sea, the view is very nice and calming. The pool is generally average but very clean. Take time to walk around the hotel to get a rural atmosphere, lotus pond, and also the small museums near the lobby. The staff also explained to our family about the historical items in the hotel collection, so it felt like a trip to a museum. Very memorable.

Rarely do I find a hotel that feels like home, the staff are amazingly friendly. Starting from the lobby the first time until they were all warmly welcomed, the atmosphere of the hotel is calm like in Ubud but close to the beach. Do not hesitate to come back and enjoy the warmth of this hotel. Thank you Tugu Bali hotel and all the very friendly staff, making Bali more than that. Miss.

The stay is amazing. Truly a hidden gem in the heart of canggu. Surely will consider to stay again in Tugu in the next time I visit Bali.

Probably one of the best hotels I've ever had the pleasure in staying at. From the moment you step foot in the lobby you will feel the sense of peace. Staff all across the complex were courteous to guests with a smile and greeting. I also had the chance to dine in their Japanese restaurant and the quality of the food was superb, so it was particularly good and highly recommended. The only downside was I was checked in for 1 nights, could have done with a few extra days here, but I'm sure we will be back again to stay at Hotel Tugu Bali. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality and services.

Hotel yang sangat unik dan pengalaman yang sangat menyenangkan. Harganya sangat affordable mengingat sebelum pandemi dulu selalu di atas 4 jutaan. Setiap sudutnya sangat instagram-able. Suasana yang mewah, romantis, dan sangat Bali, kita seperti memasuki dunia mimpi. Terima kasih ke semua staff yang membuat pengalaman menginap kami sangat istimewa, mulai breakfast di Lotus Pond, massage yang nyaman banget, sunset dinner ocean view di Ji, bahkan test antigen yang diaturkan di hotel. We will be back!

Hotel with unique traditional design. Super friendly staff. You can have your afternoon tea and breakfast anywhere in the hotel and they have nice spots and corner for you to choose. They provide a la carte breakfast with sufficient options. Rooftop restaurant is a nice place to enjoy sunset. And the garden is a nice place to relax and enjoy the lotus pond. They even gave us couple packs of Bali Coffee, which is nicely wrapped as thank you gifts when we check out.

Wonderful stay, great staffs, great food at ji and really great birthday escape.
