Likes: There is a prayer rug, Quran and Qibla direction which makes it easy to pray, the hotel location is in the middle of Jalan Braga. Dislikes: Floor drain gets clogged when taking a shower, the room is not soundproof enough.

The staff is friendly, helpful, and informative. The facilities are accessible to the disabled and elderly, with wheelchairs available and accessible outside the hotel. It's very helpful! Thank you! Gino Feruci Braga, it was a really good choice!

Comfortable and strategic. If you arrive at the hotel in the afternoon/evening, especially on weekends, traffic can be quite heavy.

The service was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted and helped with our luggage, and then escorted to our room. The receptionist was friendly. Everyone was friendly and the service was excellent.

The hotel's location is excellent and one of the reasons I stayed here. The service is also excellent. I was able to check in at 1:30 PM, even though check-in was only allowed at 3:00 PM. It was great. The food was delicious and varied, but the cleanliness was a bit lacking, especially in the toilets and the dust in the room. Hopefully, this can be improved. Awesome.

It is one of a kind. The surrounding hotel is located in Braga Street, a major tourist spot in Bandung.

Choose this hotel if you value its strategic location. The rooms aren't very clean, the sheets still have black stains, and the air conditioning isn't cold.

I booked this room for my guest from Brunei Darussalam. My guest said something I really didn't want to hear. This was my first time being yelled at by a guest I helped book a room for because they didn't have an app. My guest said they couldn't rest well because the noise was so disturbing. And it wasn't just them, but the guests in other rooms as well. What I really regret is that my guest said the hotel staff also responded very poorly to their complaint.

Thank you, I honestly felt comfortable there. The staff were very friendly and always cared for the guests. My only regret was that the food was bland and the menu lacked variety. 🥹. Please improve, as the location is already strategic and close to the city center. And if possible, I'd like to request that towels be provided for swimming so we don't get confused. Thank you.

If it's a really nice place for a vacation

The bedroom, especially the bed cover, was not clean. It smelled bad upon entering the room. The breakfast taste and variety were unsatisfactory.

All staff are very kind and provide good full service. But the toilets in the lobby and musholla need full attention for cleaning. The floor is wet and there is no soap for washing hands in the toilet, which is unlike a 4-star hotel. I hope this situation will be better in the future. Thanks.

At breakfast the food was less than satisfactory for a hotel with a good location and rooms, the food was very less than satisfactory.

It was a total dud to get a Premier room for around 1 million rupiah, but the room was tiny, the breakfast had little variety, and the taste was lacking. Parking was also cramped and limited.

The location is very strategic, but the building is quite old, but it's still comfortable. The only downside is that the TV isn't a smart TV, and the signal seems to be weak, so the picture isn't clear. Wi-Fi is good, and breakfast is quite varied.
