Please add a "do not disturb" sign to the door. What's annoying is that cleaning services knock on the door. If there's no response once, don't knock repeatedly. It disturbs people while they're resting and is a headache. You can inform them later via phone or WhatsApp.

I stayed overnight at this hotel for transit. It was a great decision, as it was a very comfortable and safe place to rest. I also left my backpack here before check-in, and the staff was immediately helpful. I'll definitely return for a longer stay in the future.

The mattress, covered by the blanket, had black stains and bloodstains. I was able to clean it myself. The rest of the room was fine and satisfactory. The bathroom was clean, the AC was cool, and the complimentary breakfast was good. I didn't have time to complain to the receptionist because I was too tired.

The experience was quite pleasant, especially the staff were friendly. We asked for the sheets and blanket to be changed twice because they were dirty. The first time we arrived, they were very dirty. When we asked for a replacement, they were still dirty, though not as dirty as before. We asked again, and finally got a new, clean blanket. The food was delicious, with several Indonesian dishes available.

The location is excellent, right in Surabaya's Old Town. The staff is friendly, except for the receptionist. The breakfast is delicious. The rooms are spacious. But don't expect Wi-Fi. This is one of those hotels with a poor connection. It keeps disconnecting. It connects briefly, then disconnects. It connects again, and then it's slow. Overall, it's okay. The only thing I'd like to note is that they don't respond to requests. After asking around, and then sending me an Instagram DM, I was offered a connecting room for Tuesday night. The next morning, I sent a voucher for the purchase from the app. No response. Then, on Saturday, when we were about to check in, they responded that the room wasn't available. Then they responded four days later, and it wasn't available. It's really odd. If they had responded immediately and said it wasn't available, it might have made sense.
