A hotel with a heritage feel, absolutely cool. Horison Arcadia, Old Town Surabaya.

The staff is very friendly, the food is varied, check in and check out is very easy, given brownies when you first stay, the parking is also spacious, there are no problems with the room space, the AC is cold, the toilet is clean and hot water is also available.

A comfortable hotel for just transit or rest, easy and close to everywhere, every time I go to Surabaya I definitely stay here, even my pilgrimage group once stayed here.

The hotel staff was very friendly. It happened to be my birthday during my stay, and the hotel surprised me. Several staff members came to my room to sing a song and bring me a birthday cake and candles. Thank you, Horison Arcadia Heritage.

close to Tanjung Perak harbor...the room is not soundproof...you can still hear the neighbors' rooms

Heritage Hotel in the heart of Surabaya's Old Town. Spacious and clean rooms, very comfortable, and fast Wi-Fi. The bathroom had good hot water, but the spray wasn't strong enough, but otherwise it was great.

Overall, it's good and the location is very heritage. The only thing to note is that some of the rooms smell of cigarettes. There should be no smoking rooms anymore.

The towels are a bit brown. Stayed here because it is close to Tanjung Perak Port. The room is quite spacious.
