This time I was very dissatisfied because I stayed for two nights and I didn't ask for the room to be cleaned but took the initiative to clean it. The problem wasn't that the room was cleaned, but after cleaning the room, it wasn't closed again until I got home to the hotel at night and was shocked to see the door open. In my room, there was a laptop and an iPad. If someone else entered or took it, would the hotel be responsible? Or would my important data be taken by an irresponsible person? What would happen?

The hotel is good but because the quality of the workmanship is not optimal, in the end a lot of repairs/improvements have to be made.

In terms of cleanliness, it's a bit lacking. I couldn't be bothered to complain and it was a hassle to bring a baby, so I just left it there. I found several strands of hair on my bed, the sheets and pillowcases didn't smell fresh (as if they hadn't been changed), the toilet smelled a bit like urine, and honestly, the Wi-Fi was really slow, and I couldn't watch any TV channels. Hopefully, cleanliness in the guest rooms will be more carefully considered in the future.
