My room was upgraded to a celebrity suite for an additional fee. It was great. I'll stay again next time. The grandchildren enjoyed playing in the pool and the bubble bath in the bathroom.

It was an incredible experience staying at one of Bandung's 5-star hotels. It was a complete satisfaction. Everything was truly exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay again in the future.

The staff was friendly and very helpful.
The room was quite clean with complete amenities, especially with the automatic curtain.
The bathroom was a bit uncomfortable, as some corners had stubborn stains, and in the toilet area, water pooled on the bathroom floor instead of draining.
The lobby itself was quite comfortable, but I found the lighting inadequate.
I didn't have a problem with parking because I used valet, so I didn't know where the parking was located or what the parking conditions were.
The restaurant was comfortable, and the staff were quite helpful. Food was no problem at all, but if the menu was out of stock, the wait for a refill was quite long.
The public facilities were quite complete and there were no issues at all.

The location is very strategic because it is connected to the mall, the rooms are spacious, amenities & snacks are free and are always refilled even if they are not used before, the warm water pool makes the kids even more comfortable swimming, it's a shame the pool and kids club only last until 6 pm
