We paid through Traveloka few days before alot more expensive price than on the day of our arrival in hotel. Despite the high price we paid, we were given a bad and dirty room. The staff at the reception was kindly to offer us another room the next day. The room was a little better but not qualified for a 4 stars hotel in this price segment.

The location is okay, but the room amenities are below expectations compared to other 4-star hotels. Cleanliness needs to be improved, and the breakfast quality and variety could be improved, as it's far inferior to other 4-star hotels.

Near the beach, morning, afternoon, evening can go to the beach.

The CS at the front of the hotel was very friendly.. Even up to the room, all the services were good.. What's really a shame, I don't know what department the waiter was yesterday, wearing a cream shirt and reprimanding us as guests at the hotel.. Forbidding us from sitting in the lobby waiting room while taking photos next to the wedding stage.. What's wrong with that.. After all, we also paid there to take the room.. With a rather sarcastic tone and expression.. Don't wait here.. If there's a room, just stay in the room.. Is that how it is.. You're not allowed to relax in the lobby while enjoying the beautiful view while taking photos.. During this time staying at a hotel, this is the first time I've received service like this.. But not all of them are unfriendly.. There was only one person who was like that.. Because we happened to be attending our parents' graduation.. But we booked separate rooms.. Oh, it's really a shame..

Spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms with large beds and soundproofing are perfect for a family vacation. The location is close to Padang Beach and the city center. A pleasant stay.

The hotel staff are very friendly, the food is all delicious, the bed is comfortable, and the room smells good too.

Hotel staff is friendly and responsive. The place is clean. Not afraid to let the kids play alone in the pool. There are staff who always stay in every corner of the room 🫶 cool

The AC is not cold, we waited for hours and the AC was still very hot, overall it's good, just the AC

The hotel is big with spacious rooms, but it doesn't match the 4-star rating. The shower conditions are not good, the water temperature is unstable, the toilet is wobbly and dull. Many of the wall paints are dirty, the table installation in the room is not neat. The dull floor looks like cheap ceramics. The hotel area is not cool only in the room. There are many variations of food, but the tablecloths do not reflect a 4-star hotel.

the location is best. close to the al hakim mosque. km2 is also close, at most 5-10 minutes also close to the beach thankfully you can jog along the beach until you pass the siti nurbaya bridge (hotel-al hakim mosque-purus beach-siti nurbaya bridge)

The room was nice, but they don't have smart TV or Google TV, it's a 4-star hotel and they don't have it, kind of embarrassing.

Actually want to come back to this hotel for many reasons. But mainly because the room is very spacious and there is no dark closed corridor when entering the room, like other hotels. And also relatively cheaper price compared to equivalent hotels. There is another most nostalgic thing because there is instant noodles prepared by the hotel staff. It is very rare to find this menu. Hehehe.
