The hotel's location is a plus. I booked 6 rooms for my family, and 4 of them smelled really bad, musty, and had a strong cigarette smell. The bathroom really needs renovation; it feels really dirty right now. There's bottled water in the room, which we used for brushing our teeth. When we were charged 18,000 Rupiah for the CO, the bottle tag wasn't attached (it must have come off, who knows).

hotel staff is very friendly. fast service. comfortable room. breakfast menu is very varied, uniquely they have instant noodle banquet. this is the first time I've seen hotel breakfast with instant noodle cooked on the spot according to request.
the location of the hotel is very strategic. near fast food like kfc, hokben, lawson, tomoro coffee. also close to indomaret.
better to book a deluxe room because it is more spacious and comfortable. standard room on the first floor near the restaurant area sometimes the sound of plates can be heard in the room.

Bad experience for the price range. Door locks were broken and it seems like it has been broke for a long time (yet no reinstallation whatsoever). The room was surprisingly dusty-worse even for some areas. The bathroom stinks and I think it has something to do with the pipeline.

The hotel staff is very friendly. Just input for me yesterday room 227 floor when stepped on it made a squeaking sound. Maybe it's not tight enough or something. But overall it's really okay.

I experienced some unfriendly staff. It is shocking to me since a long time I have experienced the people in Klaten is very nice and kind. Unexpected happened when I stay in this hotel (which is known as the most modern hotel in town).
