As usual, Melia always gives great service. Spacious room with a big bed, accommodates 2 adults with 2 kids. Tried their in-room dining and it was delicious with a big portion. The swimming pool is very clean. All is perfect.

Main road near Imbi station and across Berjaya Times Square. Spacious room and very comfy.

The room is spacious, the location was great, right in front of Imbi Station, walking distance from Bukit Bintang area, in between food stalls and plaza. The bed is comfy and the bathroom is ok too. But the carpet in the room corridor is a bit dusty. The check-in and checkout process was nice and smooth. All team members are very welcoming as well. Overall, it is a good experience. There was no bellboy. We had to carry our own luggage. Maybe it was because of the end-of-year holidays? What was quite disturbing was the fishy smell from the floor on the last day of our stay. We arrived late at night and couldn't call the cleaning service. The next day, when we checked out, we complained to the receptionist. There was no apology. The answer was, "Do you know the cleaning service?"
