All Staff members were very helpful. The Villa was full of mosquitos my wife and my daughters friend both were got sick from bites. Bathroom and all tiles in the villa very worn and it never felt clean. Not what I expected for my money. Fogging is useless and it 's had on the lungs. My daughter had a cough afterwards. Not going back.

The place is clean and the food is good.

The villa istana good. Big and clean, but I had a problem, 1st night the electricity is off for several time, engineer come but they didn't solve the problem, 2nd day also same thing happened, well the moved us to the new villa. It's annoying we have to repack all our luggage. They suppose give us a compliment, but they didn't , they just say sorry, well ok. I didn't say much, they even didn't upgrade the villa as a compliment, the moved us to the exact same type of villa. They suppose to give me better villa as a compliment, or give me something as a compliment. But I don't know. Overall the place is good

I really like the breakfast as much as I want

Beyond imagination. The swimming pool is really big! The location is also very strategic villa.
