Overall i like the location very closed to Lalaport Mall and close to Hang tuah MRT/LRT/Monorail makes it easy to go everywhere. Closed to Berjaya Times Square Hotel. Room is clean but outdated and during check in to the hotel room i don't like the perfume smell of the room. the room smells too man masculine. The tv also outdated. But overall its good. Just need to improved and upgrade the room.

We had a connecting room with the family and found the rooms large and comfortable. Water was chargeable though. Hotel breakfast was served cold and seemed to be overwhelmed with lack of utensils at the tray for long period.

Hotel staff are friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Lalaport and Hang Tuah LRT are just a stone's throw away, and other shopping centers are within walking distance. Easy access to Bukit Bintang. Spacious rooms with a good view of Kuala Lumpur.

Front desk staff are very helpful and friendly. Walking distance to Shopping Centres. Eateries are not far fetched from hotel location and easy access to Bukit Bintang. Room is spacious and with nice view of KL.

The room is very spacious and the toilet is also big and clean. The service is also good. You can also leave your junior high school student's suitcase.

It is very suitable to stay here, but to the pavilion it is very far, if you want to go to the pavilion you have to take a taxi, but if you want to go to Lalaport, just walk from the Titi zebra crossing

We stayed at Furama from 25th to 30th September. Everything was good and value for money. Breakfast was good and had variety. Only thing is hotel is a bit dated and needs some internal furbishing. Other than that I would recommend this hotel and it has a mall called Lalaport which is directly accessible
